Multi-platform application
A multi-platform application was developed for Economic Solution Apps UG. In addition to the technical functionality of the application, a graphical implementation was also to be carried out with the aim of ensuring that no significant differences between the platforms are recognizable. Furthermore, two different versions of the app were implemented: a free and a pro version. Furthermore, the app can run on almost all Android and iOS versions.
According to ESA UG, the app is „Business solution generator“ has been specially designed for students from business high schools or commercial vocational schools, but is also helpful for business administration students.
The app covers various accounting, management and control topics. Various calculations can be carried out. An easy-to-understand and usable input concept was developed for this purpose, which is very well presented in terms of colors and structure. A dynamic expansion concept was developed to adapt calculations to specific use cases, allowing topics to be expanded with additional options, fields, input options or cells.
An input aid in the form of an info feature has also been added. When the info button is pressed, all terms in the current view (both in the input and results view) are highlighted so that an explanatory description is displayed when they are touched. However, this function can also be used for further understanding and to gain background knowledge.
Furthermore, a fully searchable list of info texts has been implemented, which makes it possible to learn definitions of terms.
